Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Southern Cross Equipment Pty Ltd to a value in excess of $500 (excluding GST), will be shipped to any destination on mainland Australia, on a Free In-Store (FIS) basis.

All international orders placed, and orders that are not over the $500 (ex-GST) threshold are sold on a freight ex-Sydney basis. Please contact us if you have any special requirements regarding freight and handling.

Returns

Southern Cross Equipment Pty Ltd will accept faulty stock returns; however reserve the right to charge restocking fees and other freight charges. In ALL instances of stock to be returned, or for claims of damaged or incorrectly invoiced goods, the customer must contact Southern Cross Equipment Pty Ltd Customer Service within 7 days of receiving goods or invoice, and must receive from Southern Cross Equipment Pty Ltd Customer Service, a Credit Returns Authorisation (CRA) number. It will be confirmed with the customer at the receipt of the CRA, as to whether further charges will be applied. Please be aware that NO claims will be processed without a CRA number.
