Privacy Policy The Outdoor Life Group, (comprising Mountain Equipment, Southern Cross Equipment, Outdoor Life Australia and Trek & Travel), is an organisation which prides itself on being a market leader in the retail outdoor industry. The Outdoor Life Group wishes to extend this reputation not only as a provider of the highest quality service and best value for money equipment but also as a reputable organisation that handles data it holds about its clients in a responsible manner. The Outdoor Life Group complies with the National Privacy Principals and to ensure that your privacy and the information that you provide to the organisation is safeguarded at all times. In accordance with the National Privacy Principals, The Outdoor Life Group will: • Not use any personal or sensitive information we have collected for any purpose other than that initially specified without seeking the individual’s consent. We may however share information connected with a purchase, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your purchase.
