For Retail purchases our shipping details are as follows:
Free shipping within Australia for purchases totalling over $100.
For all other purchases we charge a flat rate of $15.
You can opt-in for Express Shipping at an additional charge.
We may add extra shipping charges to overly bulky items or reserve them for Click and Collect only.
Your purchases will be sent via Australia Post using Parcel Post.
All parcels are "sign on delivery" unless otherwise explicitly requested by the customer.
Please allow a 2-10 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas. (Subject to availablity).
Southern Cross Equipment does not make guarantees in regards to Australia Post's shipping times.
For Wholesale purchases our shipping details are as follows:
All wholesale orders incur a shipping fee which is calculated by, but not limited to, size of order, weight, destination and insurance costs.

Southern Cross Equipment always endeavours to dispatch orders immediately. However as products may be sourced from different stores and correlated please allow up to 3 days for dispatch.
We are not currently shipping internationally.
At Southern Cross Equipment we sell the very best brands and we want you to be happy with your purchase. For PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) we are unable to return or exchange for change of mind. For all other goods however you are welcome to send it back for an exchange or refund as long as it is within 14 days of purchase and the item is in "as new" condition which includes packaging.
It is very important to follow the steps below:
Call or email Southern Cross Equipment within 14 days from receiving the goods. Have your invoice handy just in case we need more details. Many problems can be fixed over the phone, and we can advise the safest and cheapest way to send items back.
If the product is required to be returned, package it up in a similar manner to how you received it. Include a copy of the receipt. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs due to poor packaging. We also recommend taking out insurance as the customer assumes all risk of returning the goods to Southern Cross Equipment.
Upon receiving the returned goods in an 'as new' condition, including any original packaging, Southern Cross Equipment will issue the Exchange or Refund. All shipping costs and risk arising from goods sent by the customer to Southern Cross Equipment are incurred by the customer. All shipping costs and risks for goods sent from Southern Cross Equipment to the original customer address, are incurred by Southern Cross Equipment.
