The Fifi is a handy little suspension hook for positioning, progression and rope bag retrieval. The lower carabiner hole is great for connecting a lanyard, etriers, or the rope bag, while the full-body slot allows attachment of a retrieval system to a 5mm quick link, which can move freely in the slot, facilitating load retrieval from above.
