Description
Traditionally, a pulley is connected to a swivel by a carabiner. However, the Omni-Block eliminates the need for the carabiner, reducing length and pieces of equipment in the rigging system, important when used in high-angle, confined space or other space-sensitive rigging environments. In addition to this, the Omni side plate swings open, via an ingenious two-stage safety button, without the need to detach the unit from the carabiner, allowing easy re-threading of the rope.
The 2.6" pulley is the largest in the regular Omni-Block family. For heavier loads, use the 4.5" Material Handling Pulley.
